General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through this online shop. The provider is The Sixsters Family GmbH, Schloßstraße 91a, 44357 Dortmund, Germany. Our offer is directed exclusively at consumers.
§ 2 Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with The Sixsters Family GmbH.
By listing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can place our products in the shopping cart and submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in the cart by clicking the "Buy" button. Confirmation of receipt of your order is provided together with acceptance of the order immediately after submission by means of an automated e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded with this e-mail confirmation.
§ 3 Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value added tax and other price components. Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated prices. Shipping costs are clearly communicated to you during checkout.
§ 4 Payment
Payment is made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout. Upon selection of a payment method, the purchase price becomes due for payment on conclusion of the contract.
§ 5 Delivery
Our products are produced individually for you on order (print-on-demand) and shipped through our fulfilment partners. The delivery time consists of the production time and the shipping time and is stated during checkout. We deliver to the countries specified during checkout.
§ 6 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the separate withdrawal policy.
§ 8 Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
§ 9 Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
